This project is located in Taoyuan Village, Nanshan District, Shenzhen. Its surrounding communities are mature, with high occupancy rate and a large number of surrounding residents. It has a convenient transportation with Taoyuan Village Subway 200m away.

Entrances on both sides of the original shopping plaza are blocked or interfered by surrounding environment to some extent, and their visibility is poor. Private traffic of existing buildings lacks of management, and building identification is insufficient. Indoor corridors are narrow and lack of natural lighting in a depressing scale.

After the project is upgraded and renovated, the accessibility and guidance of the front square landscape are enhanced to increase the flow of people. The extensible outdoor space improves the sense of experience. The curved elements are adopted in the indoor public space, which are dropped into the indoor moving lines and decorative surfaces. Mix commercial space blurs the boundary of different commercial activities. Elements of bazaar, parent-child and food are combined to make commercial activities permeate each other, warm colors are adopted to create a warm and friendly space atmosphere, so as to create a happy community center for whole families, and give new vitality to traditional commercial activities. The color of the building facade is bright and lively, in line with the theme of the business format. The main materials of the facade are stone, wood-grain aluminum plate and glass, creating a soft and kind, simple and bright shopping environment.
