This project is located on the south bank of The Weihe River in Weinan city and north of Donghu Road. Its total construction area is about 532,000㎡. It consists of six land parcels, including residential land, commercial and office land, park cultural facilities land and school land.

According to the municipal planning and the property characteristics of the surrounding parcels, the residential parcels are connected with the wetland park in the west and Weihe Park in the north in a ring shape. The urban open green space is organically permeated into the interior of the residential areas, so as to realize the integration mode of "connecting cities with scenery and build scenery surrounding cities".

The architectural style adopts the metropolis style which interprets the exquisite and elegant beauty of architecture, dedicating the first Vanke Town to Weinan.
